The Luisa Fiammata is a Limited Edition line of pipes dedicated to Luisa Bozzetti, the Director of the Savinelli factory, who recently retired after 50 years of service.
Over this period she selected and put to one side different stummels (the bowl and shank) with a good grain. On her retirement, as a mark of respect, Savinelli has taken this career-long collection and produced some excellent smooth and sandblasted pipes.
Some shapes have not been seen for some time having dropped out of regular production.
The 904 Bent Dublin shape is finished in a chestnut brown stain and has a vintage style vulcanite mouthpiece which has no fancy bands for eye candy and is not fitted with a filter.
With each pipe personally selected by Luisa you can be certain that the grain is top quality and the workmanship up to Savinelli's world-class standards.

Achille Savinelli Sr. opened one of the first shops in the world selling exclusively smoking accessories and briar pipes in 1876. It wasn't until 1920 the first Savinelli briar pipes were branded and produced in the Varese province.
