We send orders using Royal Mail, and we offer several different services and a delivery estimate at the checkout. We may use a courier service for larger orders at our cost.
The sale of tobacco products is highly regulated, and due to tight UK laws, it’s illegal for us to discount tobacco products. It’s against the law for retailers to promote the sale of tobacco products which is why words used to describe products such as "Save", "Discount", "Cheap" are not allowed.
Yes. Our products are in stock ready for dispatch from our warehouses. We don’t sell on behalf of third parties, and we don’t oversell the stock listed on our website.
If you’re asking, you’re too young. You must be 18+ to buy tobacco products, and yes, we do check.
Yes! Many people don’t realise you can shop for cigarettes, tobacco and cigars online. Purchasing tobacco online is perfectly legal, and all our tobacco products are duty paid UK products with UK health warnings.
As tobacco is a high-risk product for card processors, PayPal doesn't accept retailers like us. If the position with PayPal changes, we’ll update this.
