Rattray's Beltanes Fire Briar Smoking Pipe - Sandblast Red
The Rattray's Beltanes Fire Sandblast Red is a half-bent Rhodesian/Bullmoos 9mm filter pipe. The shape originated in the 1930s and has been re-introduced to celebrate the ancient Celtic Beltane Festival, which signals the end of winter on April the 30th each year.
The Sandblast Red finish has a beautiful rugged look and shows the harder grain left after sandblasting. finished in a russet red stain with two parallel grooved lines cut into the top for a bit of eye candy, and finally, there are the three different colour stems that highlight the elements of winter. Black as the night, red as the fire, and yellow as the sun.
A beautifully balanced pipe that sits comfortably in the hand.
