Plasencia Alma del Fuego Nicaraguan Candente Robusto Cigar - Single
"Alma del Fuego" translates as "Soul of Fire" in English and in this instance it's a nod to the strength of the cigar.
This box pressed robusto first appeared in 2019 and since then it's gained a reputation for quality and vsalue for money.
The wrapper is a dark sun grown Nicaraguan leaf from Jalapa, the filler uses Nicaraguan Ometape leaf that comes fron the island in Lake Nicaragua and known for its volcanic soils. The filler is also a blend of Nicaraguan leaves that includes Ometape.
The cigar has a ring gauge of 52 it is 5" long and produced at the Plasencia factory in Esteli, Nicaragua and rated as the strongest in the Alma del Fuego range.
Well balanced with plenty of creamy smoke, this cigar will appeal to seasoned enthusiasts.
Medium to full in strength with notes of peppert,coffee and dark chocolate.
