Product Description
The spigot pipe originates from times gone by when soldiers on the front line repaired their pipes by sliding a used gun cartridge over the shank of the pipe and reinserting the mouthpiece.
Over the years Peterson have evolved and perfected this and now fit a hallmarked sterling silver spigot. Each spigot fitting is handmade and fitted in the Peterson factory by their experienced silversmiths who are renowned as the best in the industry.
The Newgrange Spigot uses the highest quality briar and is beautifully rusticated with a dark stain added. The brown swirl acrylic mouthpiece along with the silver spigot really give the pipe a classy look.
The 221 is a traditional bent apple shape which holds a good amount of tobacco. The sandblasting makes it easy to hold and the spigot fitting makes maintenance easy.
