Made in the Dominican Republic using tobaccos from the Cibao Valley, the Gurkha Cellar Reserve Koi Perfecto is all about rich flavour in a compact format.
At the heart of the blend is 15-year-aged Dominican filler, wrapped in an oily Criollo 98 wrapper with an Olor binder.
It starts with a gentle sweetness before developing into rich notes of earth, cedar and leather, with a warming touch of spice on the finish. You may also pick up hints of cocoa, pepper and nuttiness as it develops
At 4 x 58, the Koi Perfecto is short, chunky and full of character, finished with a distinctive pigtail cap that gives it that unmistakable Gurkha look.
A proper little flavour bomb, with the depth you’d expect from a 15-year-aged blend.
