This twin-blade cigar cutter will cut up to a 70 ring gauge cigar, so it's well up to the job it was designed to do.
To open simply pull the black button down and the two spring-loaded blades will immediately open out, it's best used on a flat surface so you don't cut too much off and have your cigar unravel.
To make the cut just push the blades inwards and they will pass over each other, make a nice clean cut, and lock into the body of the cutter.
