Product Description
Established in 2015 by Steve Saka, a former CEO of Drew Estate, the name Dunbarton, comes from the area in New Hampshire where he lives.
Triqui Traca is the name given to the long lines of firecrackers set off at holidays and fiestas. They're loud, boisterous and fun. Characteristics easily found in this cigar.
Production is handled by Nicaragua American Cigars SA (NACSA) in Esteli, Nicaragua, who produce for many other boutique blends too.
The Triqui Traca measures 6" x 48 ring gauge and is a Corona Gorda shape.
From the U.S.A. a No 1 Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, sun-grown, dark and full of flavour, covers a Nicaraguan binder with Dominican Ligero and Nicaraguan filler leaf to produce a full bodied and bold flavour cigar.
Earth, dark chocolate, leather and espresso notes mixed in with cedar, nuts and some pepper. Claimed to be their boldest cigar to date this is not one for the beginner.
For those of us who love this style of cigar it is a great Maduro experience.
