Following a recent relaunch, Aganorsa cigars have transitioned away from AJ Fernandez and are now a stand alone brand.
The company originally began by selling top quality leaf to boutique manufacturers, which was grown on farms owned by Aganorsa in Nicaragua. Aganorsa has now become a brand everyone wants to try.
The La Validación range currently has three finishes: Connecticut, Maduro and Corojo.
With an oustanding rating of 97 from Cigar Aficionado, the La Validación Connecticut Gran Robusto starts with a Connecticut wrapper grown in Ecuador, binder and filler both come from the Aganorsa farms in Nicaragua which adds a bit of depth to the cigar.
Light up and enjoy the rich creamy smoke. It contains notes of cedar, spice and nuts and a delicate sweetness all married perfectly and producing a great smoking experience.
You can expect this 5" x 54 ring gauge Gran Robusto to last a little over an hour.
This is a fantastic medium bodied cigar that is smooth and fairly mild but has lots of flavour and depth, well worth a try.
