A lesser blender could have got this wrong in so many ways but experts at GH have really perfected the balance. Sweet, yes but not cloying, with the savoury elements of Maple syrup's je ne sais quoi. The vanilla has been added in perfect quantities too. All that is lacking is pecans and pastry, which would make this a truly scrumptious edible dessert!
